I’ve helped them to pay the lowest taxes, not just today, but in the future. I’ve worked with the IRS to get fair deals for those who hadn’t paid or filed in the past—or who had made honest mistakes in filing.
At the end of the day, my goal is to put more money into the hands of my clients not just now, but in the future, and for them to owe the government the least legal amount possible.
I was good at doing all of this because, before I became a CPA but after I got my math and computer science degrees, I worked for the Big Bad—that’s right, the IRS. I learned how they work, what’s important to them, the mistakes most people make in dealing with them, and what they care about—and don’t care about. I learned how to legally get my clients the best possible outcomes. How to make sure they are Taxed Right (not taxed wrong).
